The idea

AVE STABLES is conceived as a club with annual membership. Horses and polo create the atmosphere and the status, while the clubhouse turns the place into a destination for the whole family.

The restaurant, wellness area, pool and events are open to every member. Riding is optional — you can simply be part of the community.

Phase 1 — Polo Club

Phase objective

Launch the sporting core and the base of recurring revenue: livery, training, polo and club life.

18–36 months02

Phase 2 — Wellness & Lifestyle

Phase objective

Raise the average spend, broaden the club format and strengthen non-sport monetisation: hospitality, wellness and events.

Why it is convincing

  • A phased launch reduces investment risk and keeps the starting CAPEX lean.
  • Phase 1 already creates the operating base and starts revenue.
  • Phase 2 lifts margins and widens the audience beyond riding.
  • The project grows as an asset, a brand and a private club at the same time.

Capital can be raised in stages: first the club core, then the lifestyle expansion.

Preliminary investment framework. Final budgets are refined at the design, technical specification and tender stage.

Business model

Four key revenue streams

01

Livery

Stabling, daily care and additional services.

02

Training & polo

Private lessons, sport programmes and polo coaching.

03

Club membership

Fees from athletes, families and lifestyle members.

04

Tournaments & events

Matches, corporate events and brand partnerships.

Revenue logic

Diversified revenue: from recurring income to club and event streams.

1

Recurring income

  • Livery and daily service
  • Training and sport programmes
  • Membership fees
2

Lifestyle & hospitality

  • Restaurant and terrace by the polo field
  • Wellness, pool and SPA — Phase 2
3

Events & partnerships

  • Tournaments, private events and sponsors
  • Family programmes and events

Phase 1 builds the revenue base; Phase 2 expands club services and the potential of the average spend.

Revenue streams are presented as a business-model concept. Financial figures require confirmation in the operating plan.

What a member gets

  • Annual club membership

  • Priority for events and tournaments
  • A setting for family, friends and business guests

The benefit for investors

  • Recurring revenue from annual fees
  • Income that does not depend on the number of boxes
  • An audience wider than horse owners
  • Higher asset value and brand strength

Membership terms and fees are to be confirmed.
