Polo & Equestrian Club
A Mediterranean club where polo, show jumping, hospitality and wellness live under one brand — built in phases, starting with the sporting core.

Through the gate
The idea
AVE STABLES is conceived as a club with annual membership. Horses and polo create the atmosphere and the status, while the clubhouse turns the place into a destination for the whole family.
The restaurant, wellness area, pool and events are open to every member. Riding is optional — you can simply be part of the community.

Preliminary investment framework. Final budgets are refined at the design, technical specification and tender stage.

Business model
Stabling, daily care and additional services.
Private lessons, sport programmes and polo coaching.
Fees from athletes, families and lifestyle members.
